Dear Parents,

Heartiest greetings of the success of your wards in the different field of academics, arts and cultural activities during the session(2019-2020).  This all happened because of your sincere efforts & cooperation throughout the year. For the next session 2020-2021 certain important points for the code of conduct of your ward and for your awareness are as follows:

I). Kindly ensure that your wards enter in the school campus 5 minutes before the reporting time. Late comers will not be allowed. You please make “safe“arrangement of transport/communication and must ensure the punctually / attendance of your ward. On every last working day of the months after 4th period, you can verify the above by the respective class teachers.

II). As per CBSE rule, 75% attendance is compulsory for promotion to the next higher class or for appearing in CBSE Board examinations.

III). Dress Code (School Uniform) must be followed as per rule otherwise for dress defaulters fine will be charged. 

IV). Your ward must come to school daily with school diary, identify card, Tiffin, water bottle and Books – copies as per the routine.

V). a. Bringing mobiles or other electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited in the school premises by the State Administration & DAV CMC, New Delhi.
     
      b. Bringing motor bike in the school or parking outside the school gate by the students is strictly prohibited. If it is found then disciplinary action will be taken.

VI). You are requested to encourage your ward(s) for participation in games &sports and cultural activities at school level, cluster level, zonal level and national level.

VII). You must spare some time to attend parents – teachers meeting (wheneverscheduled) on Annual Exhibition Day , Annual Sports Day & especially on Annual Day , your presence gives us immense pleasure and encouragement to the students.

VIII). Don’t send your ward to school if he / she is ill. In case of any emergency in the school,message will be sent to you immediately , to receive your ward from the school for medical treatment. We can provide only first- aid to the students in the school.

IX). You must give your mobile no. (Contact no. ), to the concern class teacher of your ward for the school office for SMS facility.

X). Student’s presence is mandatory in all Formative & Summative Tests as there is no provision of re-tests.

XI). Class wise parents’ Teachers meeting will be held on the last working day of the months. So you are requested to attend the same when information will be sent to you through your ward.

XII). The students availing bus facility must carry bus pass every day for sudden verification by the school administration otherwise penalized for that.

XIII). Don’t insist our school teachers for private tuition to your ward as it is strictly prohibited by the DAV Management. Tutorial / Remedial Classes certainly be arranged on your or you wards’ demand in the school itself.

XIV). Use proper schooluniform introduced by DAV CMC, New Delhi for classes LKG to Xll. And P.T (White uniform) .

XV). For any complain / suggestion you must visit to Principal office between 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM on working days.

CHANGE IN ADDRESS :

Please intimate the school any change in your address or telephone number for helping us in emergencies, maintaining communication with parents and keeping our records up-to-date.
