Students seeking admission should apply in the prescribed form available at the school office. The date for sale of forms and registration etc. are displayed in the leading local newspapers as well as school notice board in the month of January/February every year.
The following certificates are to be submitted along with the admission form:

Birth Certificate (By competent authority approved by municipal corporation/ Registrar of birth and death.

Admission in Std XI (Science & Commerce) is judged strictly on the basis of Board percentage followed by written and interview test. As per the criteria/ DAV norms regarding admission will be final. Admission is strictly based on first come first served basis from LKG to V and test for classes VI to IX. Admission in Class X and XII is restricted as per CBSE norms. Decision of school management about admission is final.
Fee dates:
The school fees can be submitted up to 25th of every month. For consecutive two months fee defaulter, the name will be struck off and then the student may be re-admitted after paying the re-admission and late fine.
Important Note:
A BCCL ward means direct dependents whose father/ mother is employed in BCCL. The fee rates are subject to revision without any prior notice. Grand Father, uncle, brother and other relatives employed in BCCL do not fall under this category.
The school gives priority to keep the academic standards at its best. The extra coching classes in summer vacation and winter vacation are organized for Classes X and XII as per requirement. Attendances in these classes are compulsory.
